Happy New Year.... Had my first experience buying a Hyundai and buying at Paramus Hyundai recently, just before the holiday week Thanks to sales person Steven Polanco and Brian from Finance team were very helpful in making my experience and the whole process very smooth and seamless. The only dent in my experience was at the beginning, after Steven patiently walked me around, explained different trims and test drove 2 or 3 different Santa Fes, when he somehow concluded in his mind that I am not a serios buyer and tried his best loose me as a customer that day. However, must be his lucky day and being a serious buyer as I was, I was professional to extend the courtesy to insist him work with me and made his day a lucky one. To end the long story, I drove away that day with a 2026 Santa Fe with a decent deal and now 3 weeks into it I feel great with new SUV. And it was great to work with Steven and Brian. My sincere advice to the dealership would be, whether it is a initimidation sales technique, or just plain wrong assumption, stay away from such unprofessional sales approach that I explained above, and to treat every customer walking in as a serious buyer and treat them to that effect.
