“ I had two interactions this weekend with Hyundai dealerships. The first sold the car we were interested in hours before we got there and were tying to sell us a lower packaged version for a higher price. Left there very unhappy and went to Paramus Hyundai Saturday morning to find the exact car at our desired level of included features and color. We were met instantly with sales team member Stevin Burgos who was terrific! Worked with us on price/trade in value and we enjoyed our time there. There was a little delay to get to the finance department to sign the paperwork, but the showroom was pretty busy on a Saturday. I can't speak to the service department since we live out of the area and don't plan on using the dealership for that but the process of purchasing was stress free and I credit Stevin for our positive experience. ”
